Senior HR Admin specialist
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining all HR related processes: hires, transfers-promotions, resignationіs, etc. ;
* Working with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick leaves, overtimes, bonuses, substitutions, work schedule changes, time table etc.
Preparation and calculation of Pre-Payroll documents.
* Close cooperation with HR Manager, Line managers, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Specialists. ;
* Maintenance and creation of HR related administration procedures in the company ;
* Communication with employees/line managers: answering on enquiries from employees and departments.
Communication with insurance company.
* Working with a big amount of information (over 1000 EEs)
Ad-hocs, Reports on statistics, internal company reports (headcount, staff turnover, etc.).
* Maintenance of all onboarding process: conducting trainings for newcomers, filling in all required documents with new EEs, acquaintance with company and team. ;
* Managing personnel information within the company. ;
* Inputing all the needed information into data base (SAP) ;
* Leading different continuous excellence projects: GSTDs, transitions, Lean office projects.

Skills:
 Knowledge of labour legislation and normative legal acts;
 Working with primary documents for salary calculation, vacations, sick lists, etc;
 Keeping of statistical accounting and time sheet;
 Preparing documents for salary payments, submission of salary registers to banks;
 Keeping and maintaining of employment record books and Personnel Action Files;
 Maintaining all HR related administration procedures in the company;
 SAP knowledge (Pre-Payroll, PA, Time Management, CABA, Kronos)
 Knowledge of software 1C:Accounting (position "cash desk");
 PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot-tables, Visio, Powerpoint), Outlook advanced user.
