• Competetive analysis and market trends.
• 4P marketing strategy and brand building plan development with appropriate KPIs. Develop and implement an action plan to achieve the KPI.
• Basic client's messages definition and formation.
• Marketing activities planning, organization and control.
• Main communicational channel definition with strong focus on brand building (including outdoor advertising, radio, web pages, social networks).

- International clients development and support for long term cooperation (yearly agreement, prolongation).
- building up and support of all business processes inside the company to comply with international companies needs (payment conditions, presentations, terms, reporting).
*Planning and implementation of all sales and marketing activities (Consumer Products) on the territory of Ukraine with Distributor and Key Accounts as a main contacts;
* Financial Planning and FC (yearly, quarterly, monthly) by Channels, SKU Matrix, PSI, marketing activities, budgets, needed resources, etc);
* Sell in/through development for all channels;
* Analyze of competitor actions with countermeasures;
* Key Account management on all levels;
* Development and implementation of analytic and reporting systems.
As a Head of RO:
* Managing a team of 5 people including team and personal development and performance, coaching and all HR related topics according to UA legislation and the company internal policy;
* Organization and Finances of RO: operating activities, representation in authorities, all financial and fiscal issues;
* Sales and Marketing activities with Key Accounts including new products introduction, SKU matrix planning, negotiating sales and MarCom activities to support sell through;
* Adaptation, implementation and control of all the company sales and marketing strategies;
* Identification of main selling channels, implementation of ISM concept;
* KAs yearly and quarterly sales planning as a part of Country planning;
* Development of analyze and reporting system;
* Local Budget planning and control with activities related to sales at KA level (BTL/co-promo mainly). In charge of contacts with local agencies and production companies for local MarCom activities;
* Daily contacts with press people, organization of local PR events and exhibitions as well as European events support and participation;
* Local budget planning and control;
* Local agencies and Production Company's contacts development for country MarCom activities;
• Fluent English, Native Russian and Ukrainian
• Valid driver license type «B», 7 year of driving experience
