Requirements:
- Master’s degree in English
- 2-year experience in delivering end-user documentation
- Strong writing, editing/proofreading skills, knowledge of grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of SDLC and DDLC
- Ability to gather and analyze technical information in order to deliver concise and clear documentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Manual of Style and Chicago Manual of Style
- Knowledge of authorizing tools: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, FrameMaker, RoboHelp
- Great attention to details
