Requirements:
- We search for Requirements Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in collecting,
- documenting and analyzing requirements, detailing and transforming high-level business requirements into functional requirements,
- requirements implementation monitoring and traceability as well as facilitating communication with project stakeholders – client, project team, management.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Professional Specialization
Specialized knowledge:
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Understanding of business analysis methodologies
- Understanding of offshore outsourcing
Skills & Abilities
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must
- Good analytical skills
- Self-organization and attention to details
- Self-management, time-management
- Ability to handle multi-tasking activities
- Ability to learn quickly in order to understand different business areas
- Have good inter-personal skills, ability to work as a team player
