General requirements:

• Proven track record in business intelligence & enterprise performance management;
• Advanced analytics, optimization of data warehousing and data mart.

Special requirements:

• Experience with commercial products: MicroStrategy, MS Analysis Services;
• Technology skills: OLAP, OLTP, ETL;
• Databases: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL.

Advisable Skill:

• Enterprise information management, enterprise content management;
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, IBM Cognos, Oracle Hyperion;
• Hands- on with ROLAP, MOLAP;
• DB2;
• ECM: MOSS, Alfresco, Oracle ECM, IBM ECM, Autonomy, Day Software, SpringCM.
