We search for Program Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in:
Job Purpose
Coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives (known as program management). Manage assigned projects of high complexity and/or large size with more than 50 project members. Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) and at all stages – initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or similar
- Professional Project Management education or courses
- Customer Service Training (TBD)
Specialized knowledge:
- Understanding of software development life cycles and company functioning
- Understanding of offshore software development specifics
- Understanding of CMMI processes and agile methodologies
- Understanding of IT industry trends
- General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
- Understanding of differences between commonly used software architectures
- Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections
- Understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures
- Understanding of project/budget estimation techniques
- Proficiency in using Project Management tools
- Cross-cultural awareness

Professional Certification:
- Valid PMI certification (PgMP)
Experience:
- 4 years (6000+ hours) of proven successful professional project management experience, managing at least 15 people. Project ownerships in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
- 4 years (6000+ hours) of proven successful professional program management experience, managing at least 20 people and 2 projects at the same time
- Experience working with US/European companies communicating at managerial level
- Proven success in team building/management
- Proven success as team player in previous position(s)
- Proven communicator/presenter
- Technology background (Desirable)
