JSC “RAIFFEISEN BANK AVAL” is seeking highly qualified professional for position Senior Process Manager/ Expert.

Main requirements:

• Experienced in process management thru direct management and/or participation in projects on processes reengineering/improvement (more than two years);
• Experienced in processes measurement, designing/modeling, mapping;
• Awareness of ARIS, ADONIS Methodology;
• Six Sigma, Lean awareness;
• Experience in BPMS;
• Experienced in building the process from scratch applying to KPIs principles and know-how techniques;
• Experienced in developing procedure based on improved/reengineered process;
• Good understanding of Information Technologies;
• Ability to manage/participate in set of projects on processes reengineering/optimization;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• English is MUST, advanced user of MS.
• Banking experience is advantage
