Raiffeisen Bank Aval is looking for a qualified Quality Assurance specialist to work in Kiev office on full time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in creating and implementing in QA processes and procedures.
• Execution of QA & Testing procedures for banking products.
• Preparation of test plans, test cases, reports etc.
• Registration of bugs found in defect management system (bug tracking system), results verification after fixes applied.
• Set up scheduled builds and tests in testing environments.
• Check and analyze logs with builds results and register new bugs found.
• Auto tests development for banking products.
• Manual testing of banking products.

Qualification and experience:

• At least 1 year experience on similar position in software development companies or banks.
• Full understanding of SDLC.
• Full understanding of defect life cycle in defect management system (bug tracking system).
• Work experience with team collaboration tools.
• Work experience with software for automation testing.
• Work experience with bug tracking systems.
• Experience in testing of platform independent solutions.
• Knowledge of programming languages enough to write tests.
• Knowledge of practices from XP, Agile, Scrum, TDD, Continuous Integration methodologies. Practical experience of using at least some practices from methodologies listed above is a plus.
• Experience in testing of banking products is a plus.
• Fluent spoken English is a plus (writing, reading is required).
